          Brinell Hardness Tester Model: AKB-3000

          Our offered Brinell Hardness Tester is designed for measuring brinell hardness of cast, forged or rolled steels and other ferrous and non-ferrous material, like brass, bronze, aluminum, etc. The used material can be in any shape, like flat, round or irregular. Unique design of a floating fulcrum lever system ensures high accuracy and dependability of this hardness tester. This machine is manufactured using the best grade raw material in conformity of the IS: 2281-2005 & BS: 240 standards.

          Product Working:
          • The actual dead weight type load application system of these machines are combined with mechanical lever system.
          • The supporting hydraulic system is for initial lifting of load. For smooth application of loads tests are conducted in the load application system.
          • A separate hydraulic power pack, positioned in the bottom part of the machine adds to the machine stability
          • The Brinell method applies a planned test load (F) to a carbide ball of fixed diameter (D) which is held for a preset time period and then separated.

          Model OPAB-3000


          • This is a modified version of AKB-3000 which is provided with an inbuilt optical system of 14X magnification.
          • An automatic indenter index system is provided which tilts the indenter after the impression and the magnified image is visible on the screen for measurement with a 0.01 mm least count.
          • Thus this machine gives fast and accurate result with less operator fatigue.
          • This model is mainly useful for production testing in Auto shops, Foundries, Forge shops & Heat treatment units etc.
