Product Details:

A portable instrument which can perform onsite hardness test on aluminum alloys. the test result can be gotwith only a simple clamp. It is convenient, efficient and reliable. Webster hardness tester is the preferredinstrument for testing aluminum alloys mechanical performance in accordance with ASTM B647. Used forquick test the hardness of aluminum profiles, tubings, sheets, accessories and other soft metal. Especiallysuitable for quick, non destructive on-site 100% final products qualification test. Webster hardness testercan be also used for testing hardness of cooper, brass and soft steel.

Product Details:

For use in all metal working & engineering facilities, comprising of six specially shaped precision files with curved tips, which can reach into internal slots, grooves and  bores of parts which  cannot otherwise be tested using conventional types of fixed or portable Hardness Testers. Useful for out-of-factory sites, large structures or segments of machinery. For example large surface-hardened gears, large printing cylinders or weld zones of heat affected pipe lines which cannot be moved to a stationary tester.
